1. Color Variation & Displays

We make every effort to display the colors of our outfits as accurately as possible. However, exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to several technical factors:

Professional studio lighting, flash, and shadow effects during photography
Post-production digital image editing and color grading
Differences in personal monitor calibrations, device screens, and brightness levels

The actual color you see on your personal screen may vary slightly from the physical garment received.

2. Size, Fit & Measurements

Brand Sizing: Sizing profiles may vary across different cuts, fabrics, and designer collections.
Manufacturing Tolerances: Detailed measurements are provided in our Size Guides. A standard manufacturing variation of up to +/- 1 inch may occur.
Fit Verification: We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully prior to placing an order. Size or fit preferences are not considered defects if the size delivered matches the size ordered.

3. Fabric, Handwork & Finishing

Natural Texture: Subtle variations in fabric texture, thread weight, weave, or opacity are natural characteristics of textile manufacturing.
Hand Embellishments: Hand-embroidered, hand-beaded, and hand-worked components may feature minor variations in stitching or sequence placement, making each artisanal piece unique.
Loose Threads: Minor thread ends or loose strings are a standard byproduct of cut-and-sew manufacturing and can be trimmed neatly without damaging the garment.

4. Product Images, Styling & Unstitched Suits

Styling Elements: Accessories, jewelry, belts, footwear, or additional draping items shown in promotional images are strictly for photography reference and are not included unless explicitly listed in the written product description.
Unstitched Collections: Unstitched suit sets contain specified fabric cuts listed in the product description. Achieving the exact look shown in campaign photography may require additional lining, trims, lace, or custom tailoring at the customer’s discretion.

5. Care Instructions & Fabric Maintenance

Garment Care: Each product contains specific care instructions on its label or product description page. We strongly recommend professional dry cleaning for all embroidered, heavily embellished, or delicate fabrics.
Exclusion of Liability: ESME is not responsible for fabric shrinkage, bleeding, discoloration, or embellishment damage caused by improper washing, hand washing non-washable fabrics, high-temperature ironing, or exposure to harsh detergents.

6. Acceptance of Minor Variation

By placing an order on esme.pk, you acknowledge and accept that minor variations in color, size, fabric texture, and finishing are inherent to fashion production. These minor variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect or material error.
